☆Tomato in the potch☆

This picture is tomato in the potch. I usually eat to be grown the vegetables in the potch. I examine about benefit of tomato.

Tomato's scientific name is Solanum lycopersicum. Tomato is plant of Solanaceae Solanum and perennial plant, and the fruit is used as eating, and contain rich beta carotene. Tomato's color classifies pink system, red system, and green system. Pink system's tomato is popular as eating in Japan. Tomato is over eight thousands kinds in the world. Tomato's fruit classifies big tomato, medium tomato, and mini tomato. Tomato's kind is fruit tomato. Fruit tomato is small and string sweetness. There is called salt tomato in this tomato's kind in Kumamoto prefecture Yatsushiro area. Salt tomato especially is high concentration.

Tomato's dish have to savor tomato as is. There dish is a lot of kinds. For example, salad, baked tomato and so on. There are salsa of Mexican dish, all kind of pizza of Italian dish, sauce for pasta, part of the curry of Indian dish, part of the stew of European dish and so on. Also, Chinese dish is used the soup of tomatos and eggs, Central Asian dish is used Lagman and so on. Also, there increase shop served tomato's Chinese noodle in Japan. As processed food of tomato, there is tomato juice, tomato ketchup, tomato sauce, tomato puree, dryed tomato and so on.

Cut & color & date(^^)♪

As I have holiday after a long separation, I go to beauty salon to make to cut and color(^^)♪ I often go to beauty salon is "un rip". There is my favorite hairdresser's man(>_<)☆★ He makes for me to wonderful hairstyle and colorstyle♪ Though I regularly leave my hairstyle and colorstyle to him, today is I hope to make haircut is arrange so that I want to extend my hair and haircolor is block color for job hunting. This time he makes my hair is wonderful hairstyle again(>_<)☆★ I like chatting him while making to cut. Thank you for make to wonderful hairstyle and take nice time, him and un rip. After my hair makes to new hairstyle at beauty salon, I meet my boyfriend. We meet after an interval of twe weeks. As I'm very hungry, we go to eat lunch. As we like Udon very much, we go to new Udon's restaurant to eat Udon. I eat Udon on tempura of burdock, a piece of soft seaweed, kelp, and a boiled egg. I order side menu is fried bean curd stuffed with sushi rice. It's very delicious and I'm full up(^^)♪ After lunch, we watch DVD at his home. We spend quiet time(>_<)☆★

Essay 5: The Worst Day in My life

The worst day in my life is my grandmothers dead and my pet dogs dead. I sad my grandmothers dead and my pet dogs dead very much.

I love my grandmothers. My grandmothers is gentle everyone, mild, and like to knit, sing a song, write penmanship, and have deeply relligent mind, and always smile. My grandmother dead 95 olds and 91 olds by illness and like sleeping. When I was a child, I walk and play card game, taw, cat's cradle, and sing a song with my grandmothers. Also, my grandmother take me to lesson how to knit in winter. I wish I wanted to chat about various of the things with my grandmothers if my fingers come true.

I love my pet dogs. Dog's name is Shiro and Ruru. Shiro is a male dog and Ruru is a female dog. They are good friends and me. When I was a elementary school student, I pick up Shiro and Ruru. Shiro was good health, but Ruru was bad health and couldn't drink milk. My family take care of Ruru very hard. Ruru beccame to be good health. Shiro is wise, brave, and falls in love with Ruru. But Shiro's love is not bear fruit...m(_ _)m Ruru is gentle, elegant, and coward. Especially I think Ruru and I must be best friends if Ruru is a human. I wish I wanted to meet Shiro and Ruru if my fingers come true.

This picture is the "water lily" in the garden. Under water lilr and lotus, there are goldfishes in the water.

I examine "water lily". The water lily ranges widely pond all of the country in Japan. Water lily assort the tropical plant and the temperate plant. The temperate plant fruit flower by the top of the surface. The tropical plant fruit flower top of the stalk projected high over the surface. Also the tropical plant is type not fruit flower only night nor early morning. In ancient Egypt, the water lily is holy flower, and especially blue water lily is called "sun flower". Spectacular painting by artist Claude Monet is "water lily". General water lily is done breeding and exist breed of various figures, color of flower, color of leaf and pattern in Japan. By the way, the water lily is called "bride of Nile" and the national flower in Egypt.

The language of flowers of the water lily is pure mind, luscious, gentle, trust, and religion.

I like "water lily" so I feel the flower to be holy(>_<)☆★

Essay 4: A Memorable Day in My Life

About 2 years ago in the spring vacation, I went to New Zealand about for a month with another KGU students. We stayed with a family.

In NZ, we had spent very nice time for a month. We went to the school in the week. We had each of the mix class (ther are Japanese,Chinese, Korean, and Southeast Asia). Chinese is an effort, unyielding, and has fighting spirit and their English pronunciation is very beutiful. Korean is a very kind, especially Korean man is a gentle man. We could have many good friens in NZ.

My host family is father, mother, 2 brothers. My host family's house is very clean and large. My host family is easy for me to spend, because my host family resembles my family in atmosphere. My host mother is gentle, good at cooking and making up nail, fashionable, loves her family. My host father is a hard worker, funny, gentle, likes fishing, and loves his family. My host older brother is a hard worker, gentle, cool, likes listening to music, and loves his family. My host younger brother is a very cute, naughty, likes playing toy and reading picture book, and loves his family, and his eye is big round eye and his smile is very cute and he becomes cool!!!(>_<)☆★ Last day, I shop with my host mother. I cooked "rolled sushi". The ingredient is fresh vegetables and fresh seafood, Japanese omelet, meat, Japanese rice, vinegar, laver and so on. I succeed cooking "rolled sushi". I wrote letter to my host family to read and take the letter. My host family took to be pleased about "rolled sushi" and the letter. Last day is I was lonely to say good-by to my hosy family. I hug host family to say good-by. I wish I wanted to meet my host family in NZ if I could go to NZ again!!!(>_<)☆★ Thank you for having wonderful time to my host family in NZ.

The vegetables(^^)♪

The vegetables thrived in my patch. They are cucumber, mini tomato, bell pepper, and eggplant. My family aim subsistence farming and self-contained life. My father pours his energies into growing vegetables. My patch has a good crop of vegetables and fruits in this year(^^)♪

So, the table spread with vegetables were reaped in my potch.

I examine about cucumber. Cucumber contains all of water more than 90 %, and vitamin C, carotene, potassium and so on. Contained quantity is very small. Cucumber is registered "the less food value vegetables in the world" at the Guinness Book of World Records. Moreover, for cucumber contains vitamin C which that oxidize enzyme, cucumber robs other food of nutrition by made dish, so cucumber is difficult vegetables to treat. Therefore, It is good way to using vinegar to hold function of enzyme when cook in addition food is contained many vitamin C. Also fry cooking can hold function of enzyme, too.
