We hear feeling of dish to customer now. Most of feeling is salty, fiery, and fatty in them. At this we promise recipe and measuring ingredient. I knew to hardly put boiled soup in the pasta in Italy for the first time. Best way is being twisted pasta to boiled soup.
We promise checking plate's dirt (the rim of a plate, the bottom of the plate and so on) before we serve dish to customer.
We promise checking shellfish before we serve dish to customer because feeling is sandy if dead and crashed shellfish go in pasta.
We promise writing to "loss note" to failed dish and the broke dishes and so on so as to save money.
We promise wrapping a scarf around our head so as to prevent mixing in of a foreign body.
We work hard to take good service to customer with promising them!!!
